Branding ❋ Website Design

We refreshed the brand and redesigned the website for this talented, Florida-based real estate photographer to show off his visual skills and command higher rates.

Brand Strategy:

Kevin’s goals were to reach higher paying clients, so his website needed to show off the quality of his work and speak to the real estate agents he hoped to work with.

To set the foundation we first dug into brand strategy, understanding who these elite real estate agents are and what appeals to them (selling their properties!), and also identifying Kevin’s unique selling points (the genuine care and skill he brings to his work).

We defined a strategy to tell Kevin’s authentic story in a way that would resonate with his ideal client.

Brand Identity:

The photoSRQ brand needs to communicate the high quality product Kevin offers, and it needs to appeal to his premium clientele.

We selected clean, modern typefaces that communicate professionalism and skill.

We also selected a gentle color palette that would let Kevin’s imagery take center stage, while also pulling from a coastal Florida aesthetic.

Website Design:

We designed a custom Squarespace website that lets Kevin’s talent speak for itself by showing off his magazine-quality photos & videos.

It also reveals the human touch he brings to his work by telling his authentic story.

The website’s interactive features — including scroll and hover animations — keep users engaged as they browse the featured media, inspiring them to imagine their own properties graced by Kevin’s camera.

A friend of mine had a website built by Cultivation Studio and she raved about the process. I was nervous to begin because I had not really considered my brand or how I wanted my photography business to be viewed by clients before. Patrica led me through the remarkably simple, yet engaging process with a level of patience that is truly unmatched.

Since delivery, I visit my own web page a few times a week, just to look at how polished and well organized it is. My “Call To Action” buttons really pop off the page without being overbearing and obnoxious.

I can’t recommend Patrica enough. Thoughtful design, patience, and clear communications made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
