Strategic Foundation

  • A focused 60-minute session to clarify your vision, audience, and offerings — setting the foundation for your brand and website.

  • Customized copywriting templates based on my proven website format for structure and flow — personalized to your unique brand and strategy to help you write clear, connection-driven copy.

  • Once you’ve drafted your copy, I’ll refine and edit it to strengthen flow, clarity, and alignment with your brand voice.

Website Design

  • A custom Squarespace site designed, built, and launched in just one week — including the four essential pages every service provider needs: Home, About, Services, and Contact. Based on my proven website framework, your site will be strategically structured to guide visitors through your story and offerings with clarity and connection.

  • Need a fresh look to match your new site? I’ll create a simple, cohesive visual identity — with updated colors, fonts, and overall style — so you launch with a refreshed brand and website that feel aligned and ready to grow together.

  • Your site is built from scratch using custom styling and coded enhancements. No cookie-cutter templates here — a Squarespace website that’s uniquely yours.

  • Your new site is designed to grow with you. At the end of our project, we’ll meet for a live training call to teach you how to edit & maintain your site.

    For 2 weeks following handoff you’ll have access to 1 hour of development support to handle any final tweaks and handle any questions that arise as you start using your site.

How it works

How the heck do you design a whole site in just 5 days?!

I’ve made a lot of websites for businesses like yours—I know what I’m doing! 🤓

I’ve figured out exactly how to structure a website so it effectively communicates who you are, what you do, and who you want to reach.

I’ll guide you through my proven process to get you a website that works AND that you’re excited to show off.

  • Once you sign your contract and submit your deposit, we’ll officially lock in your project dates by selecting 5 days within a 2-week period. (Spreading the days out a little non-consecutively gives you some breathing room to let the work marinate—without sacrificing on the accelerated schedule.)

    Before we get started, you’ll complete:

    • A Brand Strategy Worksheet to clarify your business goals, audience, and voice

    • Website Copywriting Templates based on my proven website structure — complete with prompts to help you write a strong first draft of your website copy

    • An upload form for your website imagery and inspiration links

  • Day 1: Strategy Workshop

    We’ll kick off with a live strategy session to finalize your website structure, messaging, and flow — setting a clear foundation before design begins.

    Day 2: Homepage Mockups

    You’ll review your homepage mockup (including your colors and typography if needed) insuring that we’re aligned on the vision for your brand & website.

    Day 3: Subpage Mockups

    You’ll review your subpage mockups (About, Services, Contact) — and share feedback before we move into full development.

    Day 4: Website Development

    We’ll get to work developing your website in Squarespace, including custom code that makes your website your very own.

    Day 5: Training + Launch Prep

    We’ll meet for a live training session where I’ll walk you through editing, updating, and managing your new site. We’ll also connect your domain and take your site live!

  • For two weeks after your site goes live, you’ll have access to up to 1 hour of development support — to help smooth out anything that comes up as you get settled.

    Small questions ("Where was that Squarespace setting again?") are always welcome — and small edits don’t count toward your dev time. :)

  • I’ve been using Squarespace is exclusively for 4 reasons: 

    1. It’s relatively easy to learn even if you have no website design knowledge. Squarespace makes it easy for you to maintain your website and add/edit new pages without our support.

    2. Squarespace allows developers (that’s me!) to customize their platform in fun & exciting ways — giving you a completely unique website that’s still easy to manage.

    3. The platform is constantly evolving and adding cool new features that allow you to keep your website fresh.

    4. It’s affordable! A custom Squarespace website will run you only about $270 for a whole year. (And you get a 20% discount on your first year through me!)

    I don’t have plans to explore other platforms at this time.

  • Most projects require at least a 2 week notice to get started depending on my current client schedule. During busy periods we may book out up to 2 months in advance.

    To lock in your project start date we’ll need a signed contract and deposit payment.

  • I’ll send you materials prior to kick-off that will help you get everything in order, but here’s what you should be prepared to provide or at least be able to think about:

    • Insight into your business’s mission, values, services, and identity, as well as an understanding of what sets you apart from competitors

    • Clear description of your target audience(s)

    • A list or Pinterest board of website/brand inspiration

    • A preliminary idea of the content you need on your website

    • Website imagery

    • Draft website copy using our Website Copy Templates

  • The short answer is yes, you’ll at least need to be able to write a rough draft of the words that will appear on your website.

    A first draft is required from you because in order for the website to be in your voice, we need to start with your voice. But, I’ll help you out by providing a structure for what you should say and where.

    And once your first draft is complete, I’ll be copyediting for messaging clarity, flow, and effectiveness. So you’re definitely not doing it all alone!

  • Yes! If you want a logo, we can definitely add it on to your project.

    Whether or not you need one is something we can discuss during our initial consultation call.

    I often steer away solopreneurs who are just starting out from investing in a logo right away, because it’s not a small investment and so much of your business changes within the first couple of years. But if your business has an established foundation and/or you have a clear need (e.g. if you need signage) then it’s a smart investment.

  • Brand photography is ideal to really make your website feel like your own.

    If you’re located in LA, we can provide brand photography for you as a project add-on!

    If you’re outside of LA or prefer to find your own photographer, we’re happy to provide guidance on a successful brand photoshoot.

    Otherwise, you’ll want to have at least a headshot. Without brand photography, we’ll rely on non-generic stock imagery, shapes, and textures to demonstrate your brand visually.

  • Website in a Week includes the 4 essential pages you need for an effective website: Home, About, Services, Contact.

    Most businesses find that this is plenty, but if you do need additional pages we can absolutely add those on!

    For extras not included in the core package (like extra pages or advanced functionality) we usually add on an additional project day to complete the requested features.

    We can chat more about this during a consultation call.

  • We’ll schedule live meetings for day 1 and day 5 of our project.

    You’ll need to be available to provide quick feedback on each project day. Typically we’ll send assets for review at the end of each day and will expect your feedback by the morning of the next project day so we can continue to move forward on schedule.

  • I’ve structured this timeline to ensure a completed website in 5 days. (In fact, I’ve never not completed a website!)

    That said, if client feedback is delayed or if extra revisions are requested and the timeline is extended as a result, we will take the website as far as we can get it within the 5-day timeframe.

    We can always add additional project days for an added fee.

  • I design your website intentionally so it’s easy for you to update on your own without relying on developer support.

    To make sure you feel confident, I close each project with a 1:1 live training for your website. I also include support time just in case something comes up after launch.

    If you do wind up needing help a bit further down the line, reach out! I’m happy to provide development support on an hourly basis.
