In just one week, we designed the brand identity and custom Squarespace website for this woman-owned Direct Primary Care practice based just outside Portland, Maine.

Brand Strategy:

Dr. Erin Oakley was preparing to open Oakley Pine Family Medicine — a Direct Primary Care practice built on the radical idea that patients are people first (lol). DPC is a membership-based model for primary care that prioritizes meaningful, relationship-driven healthcare over the transactional norm.

Erin came to us with a clear vision and a deep sense of purpose — she just needed help translating it into a brand.

With an add-on Brand Clarity Session, we dug into her values, her ideal patients, and what made Oakley Pine different. From there, we built a brand foundation that could carry all of it.

Brand Identity:

Erin wanted Maine at the forefront of her brand. Rooted just outside Portland, her practice reflects the same qualities that make Maine special: warmth, depth, and a deep connection to the natural world.

We selected a soothing natural color palette and sourced quintessential Maine photography to bring the spirit of the place into every page. The result is a brand that feels as warm and unhurried as the care Erin provides.

Website Design:

We designed and developed a custom Squarespace website that introduces Oakley Pine's unique model, communicates Erin's values and approach, and makes it easy for prospective patients to understand what DPC is — and why it's different.

The site is structured to build trust quickly, guiding visitors from curiosity to connection in a way that reflects the relationship-driven philosophy at the heart of the practice.
