Brand SuperblooMOn behalf of Intersecting Knowledge as part of a white-label partnership, we designed the brand and custom Squarespace website for this Boston-based real estate lender, bringing a fresh, modern look to a fast-moving industry that often skips on design.
website Strategy:Crowd Lending has over a decade of experience funding real estate deals across New England — from single-family rehabs to multi-million dollar commercial projects. They're known for speed, straight talk, and local expertise. What they needed was a website that communicated all of that immediately, without the corporate stiffness that typically dominates the lending world.
The goal was to position them as the credible, approachable experts they are — a site that could hold its own visually against much larger institutions, while still feeling distinctly local and human.

Brand IdentityThe visual direction drew from a coastal New England sensibility — calm, airy, and elevated, with a palette of deep navy, bright blue, soft grey, and crisp white that feels both polished and familiar to their market.
Paired with a classic serif for headings and a clean sans serif for body copy, the overall look conveys the kind of quiet confidence that serious borrowers are looking for in a lending partner.
Website Design & development:The site was built to stand out in an industry where most competitors are still working with outdated templates and generic stock photography. The layout is fresh and modern with a unique structure that sets Crowd Lending apart visually.
Several advanced custom-coded interactive features bring the site to life — including a dynamic project showcase, an interactive process display, and animated team bios — giving visitors a real sense of who they are and how they work before ever picking up the phone.
